The following items are prohibited:

• No outside food or beverage
• No large purses, bags, backpacks or drawstring bags (Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue)
• No professional photo, video or audio equipment with detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs) unless you have an approved photo pass from the artist or venue (Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones unless prohibited by the show)
• No selfie sticks, video cameras, Go-Pros or similar
• No weapons of any kind, firearms, pepper spray, knives, fireworks, etc. including toy or replica weapons
• No firearms, including off duty law enforcement and CPL holders
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
• No full face masks or full face coverage paint, or costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, SWAT, fire, security, or medical) in any way
• No laser pointers, glow sticks, LED gloves or microlights
• No sharp or large metal studded or spiked clothing, jewelry or accessories that could inflict harm
• No totems, Hula Hoops, flow toys, LED whips, pacifiers or similar
• No stuffed animals or toys of any kind, balloons or inflatable balls
• No umbrellas
• No markers, pens, pencils, spray paint or stickers
• No aerosols, perfume, liquid makeup, eye drops or other sprays
• No glass bottles of any kind
• No animals including emotional support animals (with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA)
• No smoking or vaping permitted inside the building, there is a designated smoking area outdoors.
• Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, and/or give-away items

You may be asked to return prohibited items to your car or use our Coat Check if available.

This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management. 

Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug-related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event, as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun-filled night of music and dancing.
 
Safety and Medical
Live Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist with your needs, including any medical requests.

Professional cameras and/or cameras with detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

You must be 21+ for alcohol. Valid photo ID required for alcohol wristband.

US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth

Yes, coat check is available for purchase night of show.

Archer Music Hall is a cashless venue. At the box office we accept cash and all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Amex, & Discover. Apple Pay & Google Pay are also accepted.

Archer Music Hall & Arrow are completely non-smoking venues. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.

In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!

If you lose an item while you are at an event, please email ArcherInfo@livenation.com to see if it has been turned in. If you want to inquire about a lost item after the event day, please file a claim HERE.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you.

The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.

Doors open at the time listed on the event page on our website and on ticketmaster.com.

Most events in the Archer Music Hall offer limited reserved seating in the balcony and General Admission standing room on the main floor. Most events in Arrow offer only General Admission standing room. Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.

Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.

A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Driver’s License, valid non-expired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.

Archer Music Hall & Arrow have a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children.

The box office is open on Fridays from 10am to 4pm, and on show nights two hours before doors open for an event.

Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.

Tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed once funds are received from the event organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. The status of your event, and any options available, can always be found in your online account.
